Job Description:

Leading your own digital products that make the planet better following the Agile Product Creative Growth© method.

Who we are looking for:

  • Leaders (Operations, Product, Marketing, Brand, Design, Engineering, Advertising, Bloggers, Influencers, Podcasters, Radio Hosts, Copywriters, Documentary Film Makers, Artists, Agile Project Managers, Agile Program Managers, Agile Scrum Masters, Writers, all disciplines welcome)

  • Strong Interest in Making the Planet Better (specific degrees and licensure will be evaluated on an individual basis)

  • Ability to provide opinion and consider other opinions

  • Ability to work effectively without commanding or controlling others

  • Ability to work remotely with personal equipment

  • Ability to work as contractor, receiving a 1099, no benefits can be offered

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying products that help make the planet better

  • Aligning your ideas to the missions from our collective MindMap

  • Creating momentum around your product

  • Driving site traffic toward your products and our missions

  • Innovating with the Development team to create products that make the planet better actually within budget

  • Answering questions from the Development team until the product is ready to launch

  • Publicizing your launch (on the site, using social media, using your products)

  • Launching your product

  • Answering questions from launch

  • Using metrics to increase engagement

  • Gathering feedback to continuously innovate an improved experience

  • Repeat
